At present, all coaches are volunteers who are CRB checked and entering into F.A. coaching courses at Levels 1 and 2.
Senior Coach/Managing Director - Wayne Edwards
Wayne Edwards has 10 years experience of working with Primary School age children as a learning and behaviour mentor in various schools in Hackney.
He has over 15 years experience as a football player, coach (Springfield FC) and manager (Tilbury FC), working with children up to the age of 16.
He is also working within the local community providing football programmes on the local housing estates. He possess passion and enthusiasm to help young people realise their full potential. Using football as a tool to help young people become active engaged individuals in society. Through football and sport, young people develop a sense of worth, discipline and become more organised which can be transferred into other aspects of life such as school and employment.
